Position: Operations Manager Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Monitor financial entries, results, and proper account classification * Develop demand and revenue forecasts for garages under your management * Prepare the annual operational budget plan * Execute strategic initiatives to improve garage profitability * Provide information and guidance for initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and reducing costs * Define and monitor supervision goals * Train and supervise supervisors and other leadership personnel * Work closely with the team, focusing on its development * Plan and oversee garage operations * Conduct technical visits to collect data and prepare operational studies * Ensure alignment with corporate clients, promoting efficient communication * Manage monthly parking contracts and service provision agreements Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree * Driver's license Category B * Experience in financial management applied to operations * Experience in analysis and management of Income Statements (DRE) * Experience in budget management, forecasting, and performance indicators (KPIs) * Skills in people management and problem-solving * Prior experience managing operational teams * Experience in multi-unit operations and B2B client relationship management Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of parking operational processes * Experience in revenue growth and margin improvement * Intermediate/advanced Excel and/or Power BI * Knowledge of continuous improvement and operational efficiency * Experience in mobility, retail, shopping malls, airports, facilities, or field operations Diversity and Inclusion: At Estapar, all positions are open to people with disabilities.
