Job Summary: A sales professional responsible for customer service, product presentation, sales target management, and store organization, assisting the store manager with administrative tasks and assuming their responsibilities during their absence. Managerial support and assuming leadership in the manager's absence * Responsible for customer service; * Apply sales processes: approach/needs assessment/product presentation/argumentation/objection handling/sale closing; * Guide customers on specifications of each product; * Offer additional items; * Complete sales transactions and inform customers about exchange conditions; * Perform standard and gift packaging; * Register and retain each customer; * Monitor and achieve assigned sales targets; * Stay updated on new releases from each collection; * Organize the store, restock and verify merchandise, rotate display items, and assist with window display changes when necessary; * Perform other related duties compatible with store operations and as requested by management. * Assist the manager with administrative tasks, such as analyzing sales reports, monitoring targets, and implementing sales strategies. * In the manager's absence, the assistant manager assumes their responsibilities and makes necessary decisions to ensure continuous unit operations.
