Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing materials in an industrial warehouse, ensuring inventory control and production supply in compliance with internal policies and safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Receive and register materials, verifying quantities and conditions. 2. Control material inflows and outflows, maintaining updated inventory. 3. Ensure cleanliness, preservation, and safety of the warehouse. Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing materials, supplies, and equipment used in industrial production, ensuring proper inventory control and timely supply to production lines, in accordance with internal policies and safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and register materials and products in the system, verifying quantities, specifications, and conditions. * Store materials in an organized manner to ensure easy retrieval and preservation. * Control material inflows and outflows, keeping inventory records updated in the system. * Pick and deliver materials according to production and maintenance requisitions. * Conduct periodic inventory counts and support inventory audits. * Identify and report discrepancies or damages related to materials and packaging. * Operate forklifts and material handling equipment, if certified. * Ensure cleanliness, preservation, and safety of the warehouse. * Comply with occupational safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and best storage practices. **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school (technical course in Logistics or related fields preferred). **Experience:** * Prior experience in industrial warehousing, preferably within manufacturing or maintenance companies. **Desired Knowledge:** * Basic understanding of inventory control and stocktaking; * Familiarity with industrial materials and storage standards; * Ability to read and interpret invoices. **Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Agility and proactivity; * Teamwork; * Responsibility and commitment. **Behavioral Competencies** * Results-oriented; * Clear communication; * Discipline and adherence to procedures; * Collaborative mindset; * Ethical and professional conduct.
