### **SENIOR COMPENSATION ANALYST**
### **Position Objective**
To strategically support the Compensation function with a strong emphasis on **People Analytics**, managing, analyzing, and integrating people and financial data. The professional will generate insights to support leadership decision-making and design, maintain, and calculate variable compensation models—ensuring data accuracy, data governance, and alignment with internal policies and corporate budget.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Design, organize, and maintain people and financial data repositories, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and reliability;
* Analyze headcount, payroll cost, workforce movements, meritocracy, incentives, turnover, and performance metrics;
* Develop management reports, dashboards, and **People Analytics** analyses to support leadership and business units;
* Generate strategic insights by correlating people and financial data;
* Participate in modeling, implementation, maintenance, and calculation of variable compensation programs (PPR, ICP, bonuses, commissions, and incentives);
* Conduct financial simulations and projections related to fixed and variable compensation (budgeting, salary adjustments, merit increases, promotions, and incentives);
* Ensure correct application of variable compensation rules and policies, guaranteeing compliance and traceability of calculations;
* Automate calculation and analytical routines to improve efficiency and mitigate operational risks;
* Collaborate closely with Finance, HRBPs, Payroll, and client business units—translating technical data into clear, actionable information;
* Support internal and external audits related to personnel data, costs, and compensation;
* Provide support for the area’s analytical and strategic activities.
### **Requirements**
**Education:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, and modeling);
* Management and analysis of people and financial data;
* People Analytics and indicator development;
* Fixed and variable compensation models;
* Basic understanding of budgeting and payroll cost.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar);
* Experience with integrated HR and payroll systems (SAP, Protheus, or similar);
* Experience automating reports and dashboards;
* Experience working in medium- or large-scale corporate environments.
Minimum Education Level: Postgraduate Degree \- Master's
