Prepares EPSs and issues welding documentation reports #### **About the Quality Technician (Welding / Non-Destructive Testing - NDT) Role** Quality Technician with Experience in Welding and Non-Destructive Testing Scope of Work (Non-Destructive Testing - NDT) to be performed for ZUMM / CPTM: CHASSIS/PLATFORM, CRANE, and TRUCK FRAME * Perform Liquid Penetrant (L.P.) testing per project specifications across all welded areas * Prepare all EPSs * Review qualification of welders who will perform the welding * Conduct Ultrasonic Testing in project-demarcated areas * Issue final report for all welding documentation * Monitor welding testing processes * All NDT inspectors must be certified per relevant standards and must provide their own consumables and appropriate testing equipment * Verify/Calibrate welding equipment if required Welding per AWS D1\.1 standard ULTRASONIC TESTING PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AAR SECTION C \- PART II, WHICH REFERS TO AWS. 15\.1 SECTION 16 \- CLASS C FOR FAILURE GRAVITY \- TABLE 17\.3 LIQUID PENETRANT TESTING WILL BE CONDUCTED TO ENSURE NO DEFECTS EXIST IN THE PROCESS.
