Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the maintenance, continuous improvement, and compliance of the Integrated Management System, guaranteeing adherence to standards and customer requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on maintenance and continuous improvement of integrated management systems 2. Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards 3. Application and monitoring of quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA) At AUNDE Brasil, we are seeking a candidate for the position of Quality Analyst. The professional will be responsible for: * Ensuring maintenance, continuous improvement, and compliance of the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Ensuring compliance with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety standards. * Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and specific customer requirements. * Operating in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001\. * Maintaining up-to-date system documentation. * Developing, reviewing, and controlling procedures, policies, and records. * Safeguarding information confidentiality. * Leading the approval process for new products and suppliers. * Developing and managing the PPAP documentation package (Levels 1 to 5\). * Ensuring material data compliance in IMDS. * Ensuring components meet customer-defined quality, technical, and environmental requirements. * Applying, tracking, and monitoring key quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, MASP, 8D, and CQI\-20\.
