Uphold the company's culture and values **Requirements:** * Single; * Bachelor's degree in progress (preferred); * 3 years of experience in the field; * Technical course in production management or related fields (preferred); * Experience in industrial production; * Familiarity with maintenance (preferred); * Knowledge of production planning is a plus; * Knowledge of chemical products is a valued differentiator. **Responsibilities:** * Support the workforce by monitoring execution of activities such as filling, labeling, packaging, and raw material and accessory supply for production, as well as providing technical guidance, aiming to build a high-performance team to achieve organizational objectives; * Support implementation of the action plan for departmental performance indicators (KPIs), supplying the immediate manager with information for decision-making and indicator reporting; * Monitor daily and weekly production planning compliance together with the Production Planning and Control (PCP) team, based on historical data and product order forecasts, with the goal of minimizing machine downtime risks in the factory; * Support the supervisor in distributing production orders (POs) to the workforce according to machine availability and production priorities, ensuring on-time delivery; * Participate in production improvement projects through studies and analysis of the production process flow, aiming to optimize company resources, product quality, and process efficiency and effectiveness; * Support updating the daily production report, documenting production stoppages, daily output, absences, overtime hours, analyzing situations, and developing action plans; * Uphold the company's culture; * Perform other duties relevant to the department as requested by the immediate leadership.
