FINISHING TEAM LEADER - HEADQUARTERS

#### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the finishing team, ensuring tasks are executed according to technical specifications and established deadlines. * Conduct final quality inspections of finished products, ensuring compliance with the company's excellence standards. * Manage workflow on the finishing line, optimizing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. * Train and develop team members, promoting technical competence and continuous skill improvement. * Maintain and operate finishing equipment, performing adjustments and basic maintenance to ensure proper functionality. * Collaborate with other departments (production, quality control, logistics) to ensure integration and alignment of activities. * Implement and monitor occupational safety and quality standards, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in team leadership or supervision within industrial finishing. * In-depth knowledge of finishing processes, including cutting, bending, welding, sanding, painting, and assembly. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, project specifications, and process sheets. * Experience with finishing-specific tools and machinery (e.g., orbital sanders, grinders, paint spray guns). * Ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to finishing quality and equipment performance. * Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001\) and occupational safety regulations (applicable NRs). * Completed high school education; a technical course in Mechatronics, Production, or related fields is a plus. #### **Skills** * Team Leadership * Quality Control * Process Optimization * Technical Drawing Interpretation * Finishing Machinery Operation * Safety Management * Problem Solving * Interpersonal Communication * Preventive Maintenance ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Cafeteria, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Transportation Voucher, Profit and Results Sharing, Career Development Plan, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass ### **Department:** Manufacturing \- Headquarters
