Industrial Production Operator

Description

Job Summary: Assist in operational production activities, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations, as well as performing product counting and packaging. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in operational production and portioning activities. 2. Monitoring and correction of issues to ensure product quality. 3. Teamwork and machine operation with a focus on safety. Requirements: High school diploma completed; Prior experience in the field is required; Must reside nearby or have easy access to the Industrial District. Responsibilities: Assist in carrying out operational production activities according to work instructions and production orders; Assist in portioning products according to customer specifications; Comply with technical and quality standards, as well as safety, hygiene, and health procedures established by the Organization; Monitor the production process, identify and correct issues to ensure final product quality; Perform preventive maintenance tasks, cleaning, and workplace organization; Count and package finished products, preparing\-them for transportation; Ensure smooth and efficient production flow by monitoring and adjusting the process when necessary; Inspect product quality during production, identify defects, and report anomalies to supervisors; Work collaboratively, communicate\-with other operators, and follow supervisors' instructions; Operate production-specific machinery and equipment, adhering to safety instructions and procedures; Comply with safety regulations and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
