Job Summary: Lead teams, execute tasks, and ensure deadlines are met by conducting Daily Safety Briefings (DDS), tool control, and 5S implementation on construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and execution of daily construction site activities 2. Team management and engineering process control 3. Implementation of 5S and monitoring of work orders Direct the team for daily activities, conduct DDS, time clock closure, PPE distribution, tool usage control, monitor tasks—and also perform them—to meet delivery deadlines; implement 5S in work areas and Engecomp-designated rooms; open and close work orders. Completed technical education in building construction or construction project management. Experience in civil engineering (construction, painting, plumbing, reading blueprints and technical drawings).
