




Job Summary: Professional responsible for updating presentations, managing reservations, verifying service deliverables, and supporting administrative and logistical activities while interacting with various stakeholders. Interaction with suppliers and internal departments Main Responsibilities: Update and develop high-quality, clear PowerPoint presentations aligned with team standards; Manage accommodation and transportation reservations for foreign contractors, ensuring compliance with internal policies, deadlines, and service quality; Conduct verification of service measurements and contract deliverables, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation organization; Support coordination of departmental administrative and logistical activities to promote internal process efficiency; Perform other support tasks as directed by the team, contributing suggestions and process improvements where applicable; Interact with suppliers, internal departments, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication. Requirements: Completed high school with technical training, or currently pursuing/completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; Proven experience in administrative routines and supporting technical or operational teams; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); Critical analytical skills, organizational ability, and problem-solving capability; Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional demeanor, and sense of urgency; Preferred: Experience supporting technical project teams or industrial maintenance teams; familiarity with management systems and procurement, travel, or contract processes.
