Operate weaving machines, perform adjustments, monitor the production process, correct faults, meet targets, maintain workplace organization, and support preventive maintenance.

Main Responsibilities
- Operate weaving machines in accordance with quality and safety standards.
- Perform basic adjustments and calibrations on equipment.
- Monitor the production process to ensure fabric integrity.
- Identify and correct faults during production.
- Meet productivity targets established by management.
- Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness.
- Support preventive maintenance and report repair needs.
