Job Summary: This role involves receiving, inspecting, and managing internal goods, controlling stock, issuing reports, and ensuring inventory accuracy and workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Workplace organization and support for internal customers Description: * Completed elementary education * Secondary education completion preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Receive internal-use goods (e.g., agricultural supplies, farm machinery, office supplies, uniforms, and PPE) and supplier invoices under supervision, verifying listed items and quantities against purchase orders and checking packaging conditions to prevent discrepancies and avoid admitting damaged goods into inventory. Support and record internal customer service orders, verifying authorization, delivering consumables in requested quantities, and updating the inventory management system to ensure continuity of user operations and accurate tracking of inventory quantity and cost. Generate inventory verification reports, extracting from the system data on material inflows and outflows—including associated costs and quantities—to reconcile with physical inventory balances. Monitor minimum stock levels for essential agricultural unit supplies, checking system inventory balances to trigger replenishment requests and ensure timely availability to user departments. Maintain workplace organization by regularly cleaning work areas and arranging stored materials to comply with the 5S program. Assist in inventory counts and internal/external audits by physically counting each category of goods to verify physical stock balances against system records. Attend meetings when summoned by immediate supervisor, staying informed about established needs and goals, reporting on activities and work outcomes, and communicating any incidents or potential issues. Participate in company-organized seminars, courses, and internal training sessions to acquire additional knowledge for efficient and effective job performance.
