Opportunity to operate the company vehicle for logistics-related tasks Company located in the Alvorada Industrial District is hiring a Warehouse Assistant I. **Job Mission** Support warehouse operations by ensuring proper receipt, inspection, storage, control, and distribution of materials, as well as performing external travel for collection and delivery of items, guaranteeing organization, efficiency, and compliance with internal procedures. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and store materials according to invoices and purchase orders. * Sort and deliver materials to requesting departments. * Record entries and stock adjustments in the inventory control system. * Assist in conducting periodic inventory counts. * Organize the warehouse, maintaining cleanliness, proper labeling, and correct arrangement of materials. * Load and unload goods when necessary. * Operate the company vehicle for: * Picking up materials from suppliers. * Delivering materials between units or service providers. * Providing logistical support for operational requirements. * Maintain the vehicle under their responsibility. * Comply with safety regulations, using mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE). **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Easy access to the Alvorada Industrial District. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B (or higher). * Prior experience in warehousing, inventory, or logistics. * Basic computer skills (system data entry). * Availability for external travel. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization * Attention to detail * Proactivity * Responsibility * Good communication * Commitment to deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with ERP systems. * Forklift operator training. * Knowledge of inventory control and stocktaking.
