Responsibilities and duties: * Perform setup — mold and tool (die) changeovers; * Analyze failures; * Define containment and improvement actions; * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks; * Clean the work area upon completion of tasks; * Prepare sketches for fabrication of parts and accessories; * Conduct shift handovers; * Specify parts (material, threads, screws, measurements); * Request parts (from warehouse, submit requisitions); * Complete Setup and Time Control reports; * Conduct daily inspections; * Clean the tool maintenance workshop; * Provide technical support to coworkers and production team; * Promote integration with production; * Document and execute procedures defined by the department according to established functions.
