Everyone is very welcome here! **Want to be part of this story?** Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor GPRS services and report failures. * Develop integrated scripts and applications for switches and routers. * Generate simple performance reports for IEDs. * Contribute to demand studies for new technological solutions. * Support field technicians and teams in Level 1 support activities. * Participate in IED integrations and commissioning. * Support planning for AT and MT automation projects. * Execute PoCs for evaluating new products and technologies. * Conduct studies and executive projects for telecommunications networks. * Plan and monitor WAN and LAN infrastructure deployment activities. * Monitor deployment of terrestrial and satellite communication systems across operational units. * Support projects with telecom operators and suppliers. * Update operational procedures. * Monitor network resources and report deviations. * Monitor availability of telecommunications systems within OT and metering networks. * Perform support tasks for project management and operator quality assurance. * Generate consolidated charts and reports. * Prepare basic indicator reports. * Automate simple and routine tasks. * Document solutions and procedures. * Execute architecture and solution definition for substation and distribution network automation/protection projects (point mapping, dead band, DNP address, protocols 61850, GOOSE, communication media). * Prepare technical specifications for procurement of automation/protection projects—materials and services. * Develop methodologies for calculating gains, risks, and prioritization criteria applicable to projects. * Perform localized corrections and/or analyses in substation control rooms—for example, voice repeaters. **Requirements and qualifications** * Degree in Computer Science or related fields, with knowledge in IT systems support and development, preferably, or Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering. * NR-10 Basic. * NR-10 SEP. * NR-35. **Additional information** Our **PEOPLE** are our greatest **ENERGY**.
