The company expanded through acquisitions, obtained ABIC certification, and launched the gourmet Qualycream line, maintaining strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices. It produces proprietary coffee capsules and premium-grade coffees. Under the presidency of Ricardo Ander de Oliveira, Rancheiro entered the biscuit market in 2015, starting with coconut doughnuts—now its flagship product and Brazil’s best-selling doughnut. This was followed by wafers, cookies, filled biscuits, and cream crackers. The entire biscuit line is free from animal-derived ingredients, catering to vegan diets, lactose intolerance, and APLV (cow’s milk protein allergy). With strong retail presence and a focus on quality, Rancheiro has established itself as a recognized brand in coffee and biscuits, supported by employees, customers, and suppliers.
