Requirements Completed technical education in Mechanics, Metal Structures, Metalworking, or related fields; Responsibilities * Supervise all material preparation stages for the fabrication of heavy or light metal structures and metalworking; * Coordinate the team of assemblers, cutters, plasma/oxy-cut operators, rolling machine, bending machine, and press operators; * Distribute work orders according to the production schedule and department priorities; * Ensure correct interpretation of technical drawings; * Supervise cutting, drilling, marking, grinding, and beveling processes of parts; * Collaborate with production, engineering, warehouse, and quality departments to ensure smooth operations; * Propose technical solutions and process adjustments whenever necessary.
