Job Summary: A quality management professional for the automotive industry, responsible for PPAP, IATF, ISO, audits, inspections, training, and team management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in automotive quality management 2. Management of PPAP, IATF, and ISO 3. Leadership and team training * Preparation of PPAP documentation for the levels requested by the customer; preparation of dimensional reports; ensuring necessary corrections are implemented until approval. * Management of all receiving and shipping procedures, ensuring compliance with procedures and issuing a quality certificate for each shipment. * Implementation of quality procedures according to IATF requirements. * Factory quality management to guarantee and ensure delivery of parts conforming to customer standards. * Ensuring controlled start-up of production, monitoring critical dimensions, conducting required tests per standard part specifications, producing daily standard parts, training personnel, and verifying operators produce quality parts. * Managing work folders (Control Plan, Injection Parameter Sheet, Packaging Instruction, QSA-related alerts and recurring issue alerts, training records); reviewing existing documents and creating missing ones. * Managing mold-specific folders containing: arrival checklist (document), corrective and preventive maintenance records, and archived expense notes for each intervention. * Managing machine preventive maintenance folders per IATF requirements, including corrective and preventive maintenance records and archived expense notes for each intervention. * Conducting intensive training during production and maintaining alerts per QSA (critical dimensions provided by the customer), recurring issues, and training. * Customer support and technical assistance, including 8D and other quality tools as requested by the customer. * New business development, including mold construction or transfer, applying APQP, PDCA, and other relevant tools. * Ensuring IATF and ISO recertification, as well as customer audits. * Inspection and release of production processes; validation of measuring instruments; development of procedures and work instructions; supporting quality process-related training. * Experience in quality management within industrial settings. * Supporting quality management procedures and processes, development, production quality, and performance indicators. * Delivering specific team training related to capability building and awareness of quality policy and procedures; assisting in project and document control activities. * Building and managing a quality team, including inspectors, quality assistants, and others. * Experience as an automotive quality supervisor Employment Type: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Dental insurance * Food basket * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
