This employee will be essential in ensuring safe lifting, handling, and positioning of components, working collaboratively with crane operators and assembly teams. **Responsibilities:** * Guide crane operators during the lifting and handling of precast components. * Communicate clearly and precisely using hand signals and radio. * Inspect rigging, stability, and safety conditions of components before lifting. * Assist in organizing the operation area to ensure a safe environment free from interference. * Monitor component positioning at the assembly site. * Strictly comply with applicable safety procedures and technical standards.
