




Job Summary: A professional responsible for directing traffic, controlling the flow of workers and machinery, and maintaining safety signage to prevent accidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct vehicle and machinery traffic in and out of the construction site. 2. Control worker movement, ensuring safety and organization. 3. Identify and prevent hazards, maintaining up-to-date safety signage. * **Traffic Signage**: Direct vehicle and machinery traffic in and out of the construction site using manual signals and appropriate signage, such as "Stop", "Attention", "Caution", etc. * **Worker Flow Control**: Control worker movement within the construction site, ensuring safe and organized movement without crossing hazardous areas. * **Safety Signage**: Place and adjust cones, barriers, tapes, and signs indicating hazardous areas, such as excavation zones, heavy machinery operation areas, or locations with fall risks. * **Machinery and Vehicle Monitoring**: Assist in maneuvering heavy machinery, such as cranes, excavators, and trucks, to avoid collisions and accidents. * **Continuous Communication**: Maintain communication with other site personnel (e.g., engineers, foremen, machine operators) to report traffic and safety conditions. * **Accident Prevention**: Identify potential workplace hazards and alert responsible parties to implement corrective actions, thereby preventing accidents. * **Signage Maintenance**: Ensure all signage remains visible, in good condition, and updated according to changes in the construction site or workflow.
