Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for gardening, forest management, infrastructure and fauna maintenance, using both manual and motorized tools. Key Highlights: 1. Handle tree seeds and seedlings and restore degraded areas. 2. Control invasive plants, perform composting and vermicomposting. 3. Maintain infrastructure, and cut and drill wood. **Education** Completed elementary school.**Experience** Minimum of 6 months in this role or in a related field.**Preferred Qualification**\- Driver's license category B. Remuneration: R$1\.518,00 \+ **30% hazard pay** / Benefits: Health insurance \+ Dental insurance \+ Life insurance / On-site meals and company-provided transportation / Monday to Friday Responsibilities: Care for tree seeds and seedlings. Restore damaged areas through planting. Control plants that harm the area (invasive species). Perform composting and vermicomposting (production of organic fertilizer). Maintain all on-site facilities (infrastructure and fauna). Cut and drill wood for fence construction and supporting structures such as palisades and braces, using motorized equipment including chainsaws and wood drills; Clear trails by weeding and mowing using manual tools such as sickles, hoes, grub hoes, and pruners, or motorized agricultural machinery such as brush cutters, chainsaws, and hedge trimmers; Maintain gardens, orchards, and arboreta at the Forestry Nursery, including excavation, weeding, manual and mechanized mowing, manual and mechanized pruning, crown reduction, removal and transport of biomass, and transport of parts and machinery; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.518,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
