Dedicated client focal point for insurance brokerage **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT B2HR Consultoria is conducting the selection process for the position of Senior Relationship Analyst for an insurance brokerage company specializing in corporate health plans. **Responsibilities:** * Perform administrative record updates (enrollments, cancellations, and updates) in insurer systems and portals * Assist and advise beneficiaries regarding health plan usage * Support identification of healthcare providers, appointment scheduling, and resolution of care-related requests * Provide HR support to the client on billing and benefits-related matters * Serve as the dedicated relationship focal point within the client company (on-site presence) * Support requests related to health, dental, and life insurance plans * Ensure high-quality service delivery with a humanized and solution-oriented approach **Requirements:** * Prior experience in insurance companies, brokerages, or health plan operators * Experience in customer-facing roles * Knowledge of supplementary health (ANS ROL, processes, and workflows) * Completed undergraduate degree (any field) * Strong communication and organizational skills **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Food allowance, Meal voucher, Transportation allowance
