Dynamic environment focused on innovation, collaboration, and results. **Job Description** We are looking for a Senior Production Analyst to strategically manage production operations, ensuring maximum production efficiency, cost control, and process quality in alignment with thyssenkrupp’s industrial standards. This position plays a critical role in production governance, ensuring proper management of production orders, operational reporting, scrap, and rework, as well as accurate allocation of labor hours and costs. The role will also be responsible for developing and guiding operators on best practices for reporting and operational efficiency, contributing to excellence in production processes. **About the Position** The professional will monitor production execution against planning, track KPIs, identify deviations, and propose actions to ensure stability and performance of production processes. We seek professionals with strategic vision, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong execution capability—individuals who want to build solid partnerships and generate meaningful impact in the automotive aftermarket. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Monitor daily production, analyzing output volumes and impacts related to product and tooling try\-outs; * Validate manufacturing processes, ensuring required production resources are available per specifications; * Analyze production KPIs, identifying deviations and proposing continuous improvement actions; * Monitor production execution against established planning; * Identify and address deviations affecting productivity, quality, and costs; * Manage production orders, ensuring timely closure; * Ensure accuracy of production reporting and correct allocation of labor hours and costs to performed activities; * Monitor and correct reporting deviations in the MES system (Pc\-Factory); * Train and guide operators on proper activity recording and operational best practices; * Collaborate with leadership to ensure reliability of production data and operational excellence. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S; * Experience managing production KPIs and analyzing operational performance; * Familiarity with product specifications and manufacturing processes; * Experience with MES systems (Pc\-Factory preferred); * Proficiency in Power BI for production data analysis; * Industrial experience, preferably in the automotive sector. **Additional Information** **Additional Information** You will work in a dynamic industrial environment focused on operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and people development—directly contributing to business performance and competitiveness.
