Teamwork ability **✅ Key Responsibilities:** * Load calenders with fabric, printed paper, and protective paper for application. * Monitor the sublimation process, observing variations in temperature, pressure, and color patterns of prints. * Follow technical sheet instructions to ensure production process fidelity. * Load calenders with fabric pieces according to production demand. * Perform inspection and sorting of calendered pieces to ensure final quality. **✅ Requirements:** * Proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of sublimation and textile printing processes; * Proactive, committed profile with strong interpersonal skills; * Teamwork ability.
