Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Interest in learning and starting a career in production/industrial. * Availability to work as an Apprentice under CLT regime. * Completed elementary education **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in a factory environment, even informal. * Basic course in mechanics, metallurgy, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of measurement reading (tape measure, ruler, caliper).
