Job Summary: FREMIX, part of the ANE Group, is seeking a roller compactor operator for pavement construction, with emphasis on high productivity and sustainability. Key Highlights: 1. Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and advanced technology, **FREMIX** delivers high productivity, reduced project timelines, lower service costs, and contributes to sustainability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate the roller compactor (smooth drum, sheep's foot, or pneumatic) according to the type of work; * Perform compaction of: Subgrade and base soil; Crushed stone / graded aggregate; Asphalt mixture (CBUQ); * Control the number of passes required to achieve the specified compaction level; * Monitor asphalt temperature during compaction; * Collaborate with the pavement construction team (paver, trucks, etc.); * Conduct basic equipment inspections (oil, fuel, tires or drum); * Maintain machine cleanliness and preservation; * Comply with occupational safety regulations. **ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:** * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance; * Dental plan \- Porto Seguro; * Birthday Day\-Off; * Flexible working hours; * 100% on-site work; * Guarulhos Airport\- SP. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Proven experience as a roller compactor operator;, Valid driver's license (typically Class C or higher);, Basic knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance;, Completion of a heavy machinery operator course is desirable. ### **Department:** Operations
