




Job Summary: Professional to lead strategy and management of Recruitment and Selection, including team leadership and process management, such as inclusion and performance evaluation. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in Recruitment and Selection 2. Management of leadership positions and team management 3. Administration of inclusion processes and performance evaluation * Strategic-level involvement in the company's Recruitment and Selection function. * Management of leadership positions, candidate sourcing (headhunting), and competency-based interviews. * Management of interns, temporary staff, and apprentices. * Participation in disability inclusion initiatives and administration of behavioral assessments. * Contracts and partnerships with recruitment consultancies and job management platforms. * Leadership of analysts and interns within the Recruitment and Selection area. * Reporting on key metrics and departmental dashboards. * Management of the company's onboarding process. * Conducting evaluation processes, including experience-based assessments, exit interviews, and recruitment performance evaluations.
