Support managers in aligning candidate profiles with job requirements. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing degree in **Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields**; **Prior experience** in recruitment and selection for operational, technical, and administrative positions within the **logistics field** (e.g., warehouse clerks, forklift operators, assistants, supervisors, etc.); **Knowledge of resume screening and competency-based interviews**; Proficiency in **job posting and proactive sourcing tools** (Indeed, InfoJobs, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, etc.); Residency in Campinas and/or easy access to the Techno Park region. **Responsibilities:** * Manage **end-to-end recruitment processes** for operational and administrative positions in the logistics sector; * Conduct **job posting, resume screening, individual and group interviews**, testing, and assessment report preparation; * Perform **candidate profiling and proactive sourcing** via specialized channels to meet high-volume hiring demands; * Support managers in **defining and aligning technical and behavioral job requirements**; * Monitor **recruitment metrics** (time-to-fill, placement accuracy rate, etc.); * Ensure a **positive candidate experience**, maintaining prompt and professional communication throughout the entire process. **Salary:** R$ 3.000,00 **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance — **paid via card**; Meal Voucher (R$300.00); Food Basket; Medical and Dental Assistance; Attendance Bonus (R$130.00). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:42 AM to 5:30 PM.
