Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all Quality activities, including QMS management, quality control, and certification. Key Highlights: 1. Certification of packaging for land and maritime transport A professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all company Quality activities, including management of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001\), quality control, handling of complaints, and certification of packaging for land and maritime transport modes. Coordinates a team of 6 Quality Inspectors. Main Responsibilities QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MANAGEMENT \- Maintain and improve the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 \- Plan and monitor internal and external audits. \- Develop and review procedures and work instructions. \- Develop and monitor quality performance indicators. TEAM SUPERVISION \- Supervise the activities of the 6 Quality Inspectors. \- Organize shifts, routines, priorities, and training. \- Ensure traceability and compliance with inspection standards. PACKAGING CERTIFICATION – LAND AND MARITIME TRANSPORT MODES \- Manage certification processes in accordance with ANTT 5998/22, INMETRO, and DPC regulations. \- Prepare samples, conduct tests, and coordinate with accredited laboratories. \- Control deadlines, renewals, and documentation for certified models. TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT \- Conduct technical visits to analyze quality complaints. \- Supervise the assigned inspector for external visits. \- Issue technical reports with conclusions and corrective action plans. NON-CONFORMANCE AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGEMENT \- Conduct root cause analyses and action plans (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D). \- Handle returns, complaints, and corrective/preventive actions. \- Implement process improvements aimed at reducing failures. Mandatory Requirements \- Bachelor's degree in Engineering \- Prior experience in industrial Quality (preferably in the plastic packaging sector). \- Knowledge of packaging certification for land and maritime transport. \- Proficiency in quality tools and ISO 9001\. \- Experience leading operational teams. Desirable Requirements \- Experience in plastic extrusion/blow molding/injection molding.
