Description

Job Summary: This Purchaser will be responsible for researching prices, negotiating with suppliers, placing purchases, and monitoring material deliveries to civil construction sites, ensuring quality and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Research and negotiation of materials, machinery, and tools 2. Order tracking and control until delivery at construction sites 3. Knowledge of tax legislation, construction materials, and ERPs Purchaser \- Research prices of materials, machinery, equipment, and tools. • Submit supplier research results to the supervisor via the designated form for approval. • Place orders upon proper authorization by issuing purchase orders via e\-mail to suppliers. • Forward copies of all purchase orders for each project to the site engineer. * Track and control, jointly with storekeepers, all placed purchase orders until actual delivery at the construction site. • Negotiate and agree on delivery schedules at construction sites for purchased materials, as specified, with pre\-established timelines and payment terms. • Monitor replacement of materials that do not conform to specifications or fail to meet agreed quality standards. Basic knowledge of construction site services and occupational safety. * Familiarity with tax and fiscal legislation, including issuance and control of invoices. • Knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes. • Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office – Word and Excel). • Experience with ERP systems for procurement/supply chain, such as: • Senior Sistemas (Mega), SAP (S/4HANA), TOTVS (Protheus), Oracle NetSuite, or Sankhya. * Minimum experience: 2 years in the role of Purchaser.
