Job Summary: We are seeking an agile and proactive Purchaser to join our administrative team, responsible for purchasing agricultural products and negotiating with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Purchaser to join our administrative team — someone agile, proactive, and skilled in negotiation. **Responsibilities:** * Perform daily purchases of agricultural products such as pesticides, fertilizers, machinery, agricultural implement parts, tractors, office supplies, kitchen supplies, and PPE. * Collect at least three quotations per purchase and submit them for approval in the Totvs system. * Monitor inventory levels to ensure minimum stock is maintained and perform emergency purchases when necessary. * Control and record purchases via the system. * Negotiate with suppliers to secure better cost and delivery terms. * Maintain effective communication with the manager and other involved departments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields (completed or in progress) is preferred. * **Purchasing experience required.** * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office); knowledge of the **Totvs** system is preferred. * Driver’s license category A or B and personal vehicle. * Strong communication skills, agility, dynamism, and problem-solving ability. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 07:45 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour and 30-minute lunch break. **Benefits and Compensation:** * Fixed salary: R$ 4,000.00 * Meal allowance: R$ 400.00. * Employment under **CLT** regime (formal registration on the first day of work).
