Job Summary: Professional responsible for ensuring product quality, managing the production team, and optimizing processes and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for ensuring the quality of industrialized products 2. Leadership and development of the production team 3. Management and optimization of processes and equipment Quality control: Ensure the quality of all industrialized and commercialized products of the Company. Develop and implement preventive actions with suppliers aimed at minimizing non-conformities. Team management: Lead, motivate, train, and guide the production team, evaluate performance, and pursue skill development. Process and equipment management: Monitor production efficiency, including fabric and splint quantities, materials required for production, proper use of raw materials, and machine operation, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance. Issue shipping invoices. * Prior experience in Production is required. Compensation: R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
