Job Summary: Lead and develop the production team, coordinating production processes to ensure adherence to the production plan, quality standards, and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a Production Supervisor to work in a plastic injection manufacturing facility serving the automotive industry, located in Colombo\-PR. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and develop the production team, coordinating operators, assistants, and other team members. * Manage people-related activities (daily meetings, interviews, vacation scheduling, absence tracking, and training), ensuring proper competency development and staffing alignment with the cross-training matrix. * Coordinate and supervise production processes to ensure compliance with the production plan, quality standards, and operational efficiency. * Monitor KPIs (productivity, scrap rate, OEE/TRS, and absenteeism), implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives (QRQC, 8D, and action plans). * Ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance; collaborate with PCP to optimize resources, reduce waste, and meet delivery deadlines. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Quality Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. * Experience in the automotive industry and/or plastic injection manufacturing. **Salary: To be negotiated** **Work Location: Colombo \-PR** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 06:55 to 15:00, and Saturdays from 06:55 to 12:18 Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Mode: On-site
