Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Perform fine-tuning of equipment in accordance with quality standards; * Achieve the operational targets set by the unit; * Monitor process variables—via supervisory systems and on-site—controlling volumes, amperages, dampers, temperatures, pressures, laminated thicknesses, and levels, to facilitate oil removal in the next stage (extraction); * Monitor soybean output from curing silos, withdrawing material according to silo replenishment schedules, ensuring required residence time to facilitate grain cracking and subsequent stages; * Monitor quality indicators, collecting and submitting samples per the Sampling Plan; performing Moisture and Impurity analyses on processed soybeans to control each process stage and calculate the raw material correction factor; * Maintain a clean and organized work area, following Work Instructions, Cleaning Schedules, and other guidelines established under programs implemented at the unit; * Participate in the management system program as a member of the mine business in activities related to implemented modules, aiming to maximize results within your process stage; * Monitor control points, correctly completing checklists, taking necessary actions, and informing the Supervisor when required; **Qualifications** Willingness to reside in Alto Araguaia-MT/Santa Rita do Araguaia-GO Flexibility regarding work schedule **Additional Information** Additional Information for the job **Diversity, Inclusion and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
