Job Summary: Professional responsible for operating equipment, conducting inspections and analyses, controlling inventory, and supporting maintenance activities, with a focus on continuous improvement and teamwork. Supporting minor operational maintenance activities and teamwork Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Completed high school education; * Technical education preferred (completed or in progress) in Sugar and Alcohol, Chemistry, or Paper and Pulp; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Availability to work rotating shifts (5 days on, 1 day off); * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools preferred: Lean, 5S, Standardized Work, Kaizen; * Willingness to reside in Valparaíso\-SP, Guararapes\-SP, or Mirandópolis\-SP. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure standardized operations according to procedures (SOPs) and process parameters (Process Maps), consistently pursuing continuous improvement; * Conduct line and equipment inspections to identify losses and anomalies; * Perform internal equipment cleaning; * Carry out sampling, collection, and analysis activities, evaluating solids, pH, temperature, concentration, etc.; * Load and unload raw materials and verify invoices; * Manage raw material inventory control, perform replenishments, ensure uninterrupted dosing, and maintain FIFO among products; * Operate forklifts for routine tasks; * Maintain area cleanliness and organization; * Support minor operational maintenance activities on valves, heat exchangers, rotary filters, etc.; * Implement safety tools and the Alert system (AAS, AST, Intervention); * Participate in SER\+ tools (5S, Kaizen, PDCA); * Collaborate as part of a team, sharing information and tasks with fellow colleagues; * Ensure inter-shift information handover; * Report activities and results to the area manager; 2511050202231848883
