* We are looking for a Coxinha Machine Operator to work in the production of savory snacks, ensuring quality, standardization, and process efficiency. The professional will be responsible for operating, adjusting, and cleaning the machine, as well as providing general support on the production line. Responsibilities: * Operate coxinha shaping machine; * Adjust dough, filling, and production parameters as needed. * Ensure standardization of coxinha size and shape. * Monitor production quantity to avoid waste. * Perform machine and utensil sanitation after each shift. * Assist in organizing the production area. * Comply with hygiene and food safety standards. Requirements and Required Skills * Prior experience in food production (preferred). * Basic knowledge of food machinery operation. * Familiarity with good food handling practices. * Attention to detail to maintain standardization. * Agility and good motor coordination. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. * Organization and responsibility regarding schedules and processes. * Willingness to learn and adapt to production pace. * Proactive and agile individual.
