Development of flexibility and the ability to learn multiple functions Will work in the production process of rubber artifacts, with **rotation of roles among departments**, including: * Preparation of raw materials (rubber compound) * Separation, weighing, and mixing of components * Support in roller operation * Operation of presses for part manufacturing * Organization and general support in the production environment The candidate will be trained to operate at different stages of the process; therefore, **flexibility and willingness to learn multiple functions** are essential. Requirements * Completed high school education * Experience in industrial production * Availability to work across different stages of the production process * Proactive, organized profile with strong teamwork skills * Willingness to perform manual labor Preferred Qualifications * Experience with rubber, plastic, or similar industrial processes * Experience operating presses or rollers * Experience in a production environment with role rotation Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.250,00 \- R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
