Join our team and become part of a success story rooted in innovation at JBS! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for manually and/or mechanically assembling packaging, stamping and affixing labels to packages and pallets, palletizing products, positioning them on the shrink-wrap machine, and strapping pallets; * Transporting products using appropriate tools; * Receiving knives from the cutting room, assessing whether sharpening is required, performing knife sharpening according to established standards and procedures, maintaining organization, and controlling usage of cutting-room utensils—including knives, steel bars, steel-mesh gloves, and trays; * Performing tasks in compliance with area-specific and occupational safety standards and procedures, ensuring service quality; * Assessing equipment and tool operational conditions; * Adjusting equipment and tools when necessary; * Performing preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, as directed by the maintenance team when required; * Carrying out activities in a manner that poses no risk to one’s own safety, the safety of other team members, or company property; * Supporting cleaning and organization of the sector, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and quality standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role; * Knowledge of production processes is a plus. **Additional Information** **Flexible Meal and Food Allowance \- Picpay** **On-site Cafeteria** **Transportation Allowance** **Sempre Cuida (Digital Clinic) \-** A telehealth platform offering comprehensive health care—including mental, physical, and nutritional support. **Wellhub (formerly Gympass) or Total Pass \-** Gym membership program promoting physical health and wellness. **Shuttle Service** **Free Parking** **Christmas Kit at Year-End** **Exclusive Discounts and Promotions for Employees \-** Special benefits for purchasing products and services. **Discounts at Educational and Language Institutions \-** Incentives supporting academic and professional development.
