We are looking for a Production Supervisor in Itapecerica da Serra, SP! We are seeking an organized, proactive professional with leadership skills to coordinate our plastic packaging production line. This is an opportunity for those who enjoy challenges and have hands-on factory experience—especially in extrusion, embossing, grinding, and plastic material recycling. **Requirements:** Completed high school (technical course in Plastics, Production, or Mechanical Engineering preferred); Proven experience in a manufacturing environment; Knowledge of bubble extrusion, granule extrusion, embossing, and grinding processes; Leadership and decision-making skills; Strong communication and prioritization abilities; Knowledge of Production Control and Productivity Management (PCP). **ADDITIONAL ASSETS:** Familiarity with systems such as Omie or similar ERPs; Previous experience as a production leader or supervisor in the plastics industry; Knowledge of production metrics (OEE, yield, efficiency); Basic understanding of 5S and Good Manufacturing Practices. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and guide operators across all production stages; Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of daily targets; Inspect product quality during and after production; Record production data and report results to the PCP department; Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations; Support the maintenance department by providing feedback on machine performance; Track downtime, losses, and non-productive time; Maintain discipline and foster a positive work environment within the team. **General Information:** **Workplace address:** Estrada José Cintra, No. 175 – Potuverá – Itapecerica da Serra – SP – ZIP Code: 06882-100 **Benefits:** transportation allowance, fuel allowance, basic food basket.
