Job Summary: Assist in production activities, including sorting, counting, and organizing materials, operating basic machinery, maintaining area cleanliness, and adhering to safety regulations. Maintenance of workplace cleanliness and safety **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** * Assist in production process stages as directed by supervisors. * Sort, count, and organize parts and materials used in production. * Support operators in tasks such as machine feeding, removal of finished parts, and production flow organization. * Perform basic operations on cutting, bending, drawing, and stamping machines, as required and per internal training. * Load and unload parts, raw materials, and supplies from the department. * Assist in handling coils, sheets, tapes, and other items used in manufacturing. * Support the tumbling process and direct parts to respective departments. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines, equipment, and work areas per company standards. * Strictly follow safety guidelines, PPE usage requirements, and internal procedures. * Report any issues, irregularities, or material replenishment needs to supervisors. **High school diploma required** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2.120,00 per month Benefits: * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
