Job Summary: Assist in production by sorting, counting, and organizing materials, and supporting operators in various tasks to ensure cleanliness and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of workplace cleanliness and organization **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Assist in production process stages as directed by leadership. * Sort, count, and organize parts and materials used in production. * Support operators in tasks such as machine feeding, removal of finished parts, and organizing production flow. * Perform basic operations on cutting, bending, drawing, and stamping machines as required and per internal training. * Load and unload parts, raw materials, and supplies from the department. * Assist in moving coils, sheets, tapes, and other items used in manufacturing. * Assist in the tumbling process and direct parts to respective departments. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines, equipment, and work area per company standards. * Strictly follow safety instructions, PPE usage requirements, and internal procedures. * Report any issues, irregularities, or material replenishment needs to leadership. **High school diploma required** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.120,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
