***PRODUCTION ASSISTANT (POSITION AVAILABLE FOR PWD)*** **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in assembly, cutting, pressing, gluing and finishing steps of seals and retainers; * Supply machines and production lines with raw materials and components; * Perform basic visual inspections to identify defects in parts; * Clean and organize the work area; * Sort, package and label finished products according to production orders; * Support machine operators in setup, tool changes and simple adjustments; * Meet company-established quality and productivity standards; * Strictly follow safety regulations, properly using PPE; * Report irregularities and non-conformities to supervisor or team leader immediately. **Desired Requirements:** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Previous experience in automotive or metallurgical industry (desirable); * Teamwork skills and attention to detail; **Behavioral Competencies:** * Commitment and punctuality; * Proactivity and discipline; * Ability to follow technical instructions; * Dedication to work quality and safety.
