Production Assistant

Description

We are hiring a Production Assistant to provide direct support to production processes in the aluminum extrusion area, ensuring smooth operations and product quality. **Main Responsibilities:** **\-** Sort and organize materials and tools for easy access during production. \- Inspect the quality and quantity of raw materials before starting operations. \- Feed machines with specified materials. \- Assist in the aluminum profile extrusion process, ensuring proper equipment operation. \- Maintain tools and equipment used; \- Assist in completing production reports and recording operational data; \- Collaborate with machine operators and supervisors to meet production schedules; \- Follow company safety and quality guidelines. **Required Qualifications:** \- Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred). \- Prior experience in similar roles within industrial production is a plus. \- Availability to work rotating shifts according to the company schedule. \- Ability to work collaboratively, attention to detail, and proactivity. **Expected Competencies:** \- Organization and discipline in task execution. \- Commitment to safety and quality standards. \- Good communication and interpersonal skills. \- Agility to perform repetitive tasks accurately. · **Benefits:** \- On-site lunch. \- Unimed health insurance plan, available after the probationary period. \- TotalPass, available after the probationary period. \- Transportation allowance.
