Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Production Assistant to contribute to the production process by supporting various stages, workplace organization, and machine operation. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace We are looking for a committed and proactive professional to work as a **Production Assistant**, directly contributing to the smooth operation of our production process. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in production process stages as directed by leadership; * Perform sorting, counting, and organizing of parts and materials; * Support operators in machine feeding and removal of finished parts; * Perform basic operations on cutting, bending, drawing, and stamping machines (subject to training); * Carry out loading and unloading of materials and supplies; * Assist in handling coils, sheets, tapes, and other production items; * Support tumbling and part orientation processes; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; * Strictly comply with safety regulations and PPE usage requirements; * Report irregularities and needs to leadership. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Industrial environment experience preferred (not mandatory); * Commitment, organization, and willingness to learn.
