Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in production, equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety standards, actively participating in company programs. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in safety dialogues and the OPA program. 2. Assist in machine setup and product manufacturing. 3. Keep equipment clean and organized. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Participate in SSMA and TOP 5 safety dialogues; \- Maintain equipment, measuring instruments, and peripherals, keeping them clean and organized; \- Participate in the OPA program; \- Adhere to safety regulations and proper use of required PPE; \- Report all issues and defects that may compromise product quality or equipment efficiency to the operator; \- Assist in machine and material setup, and help in product manufacturing; \- Dispose of scrap materials, where applicable; \- Perform other related duties. **Requirements:** \- Completed high school education; \- Communication skills; \- Teamwork; \- Resilience. **Employment Type:** Temporary, with potential for permanent hiring **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM / 1-hour lunch break **Benefits:** Corporate Restaurant, Food Allowance, and Transportation Allowance Job Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 3 months Pay Rate: R$9.20 \- R$10.19 per hour Work Location: On-site
