Participate in training and professional development. **Job Description:** The main objective of the Production Apprentice is to support operational activities in the production department, contributing to the smooth execution of industrial processes while simultaneously developing professional skills and technical knowledge. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist with daily routines on the production line; * Organize and clean the work environment; * Support material and product sorting, verification, and packaging; * Follow instructions from production operators and supervisors; * Comply with safety, quality, and internal procedural standards; * Participate in training and professional development activities. **Requirements:** * Age between 18 and 24 years; * Currently enrolled in or completed high school; * Good communication skills, responsibility, and willingness to learn. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity; * Organization; * Teamwork; * Commitment; * Attention to detail. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, from 5:40 AM to 11:40 AM * Monday to Friday, from 3:50 PM to 9:50 PM **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Medical/dental plan; * PRL Compensation: Up to R$1.230,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
