




Job Summary: Assist in procurement activities, including quotations, registration, and preparation of documents, negotiating timelines and terms. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation of delivery timelines and logistics Procurement Assistant \- Assist in procurement activities, including implementation of quotations, completion of quotation maps, and registration of items and suppliers. • Submit supplier research results to the supervisor using the designated form for approval. • Prepare and type letters, e\-mails, spreadsheets, and data for monthly reports. • Execute purchases, when duly authorized, by issuing purchase orders via e\-mail to suppliers. * Negotiate delivery timelines, payment terms, and logistics for material deliveries to construction sites. • Organize and archive procurement documents, as well as control spreadsheets and acquisition processes. • Research prices for materials, machinery, equipment, and tools. Basic understanding of services related to civil construction projects and occupational safety. * Familiarity with tax and fiscal legislation, including issuance and control of invoices. • Knowledge of construction materials and purchasing processes. • Proficiency in computer applications (Office suite – Word and Excel). • Experience with ERP systems for procurement/purchasing, such as: • Senior Sistemas (Mega), SAP (S/4HANA), TOTVS (Protheus), Oracle NetSuite, or Sankhya. * Minimum experience: 1 year in procurement.
