




Job Summary: A professional to optimize CNC machining processes, reduce cycle times and losses, and support new product industrialization at MUVIQ. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of CNC machining processes to improve productivity and quality. 2. Reduction of cycle time, setup time (SMED), and scrap. 3. Participation in the industrialization of new products and documentation development. MUVIQ is a global pioneer in research, design, and manufacturing of essential actuation systems for applications in trucks, construction, agriculture, automotive, and industrial sectors. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\) Define and optimize CNC machining parameters to enhance productivity and quality 2\) Reduce cycle time, setup time (SMED), and scrap 3\) Support the interface between machining and assembly, ensuring dimensional stability and production flow 4\) Conduct failure and loss analyses (PDCA, A3, 5 Whys) 5\) Perform time studies and process capability analyses 6\) Participate in new product industrialization (try\-out, validations) 7\) Develop and maintain process documentation and train operators 8\) Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams **Technical Skills (Mandatory):** 1\) Proficiency in CNC machining processes (parameters, tools, cycles) 2\) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (GDT) 3\) Knowledge of process analysis (time study, SPC, capability) 4\) Practical application of Lean Manufacturing (SMED, OEE, waste reduction) 5\) Use of problem-solving methodologies (PDCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) 6\) Understanding of the machining-assembly interface 7\) Experience in the automotive sector 8\) Familiarity with industrial automation 9\) Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) 10\) Intermediate English 11\) Experience with APQP / PPAP and industrialization processes 12\) Knowledge of Process FMEA (PFMEA) 13\) Experience in assembly line balancing **Technical Skills (Desirable):** 1\) Experience in assembly line balancing 2\) Familiarity with Industry 4\.0 / process digitization (data collection, MES, etc.) 3\) Experience with production line transfer or ramp\-up 4\) Knowledge of process cost analysis (cost breakdown/saving)
