Description:
To stand out, it is important to have:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering: currently enrolled in the final semester or graduated within the last two years;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level minimum);
* English language skills for both written and spoken communication;
* Brazilian driver's license, Category B; and
* Mobility for on-site work in Jundiaí/SP.
Working in the processes area, you will:
* Strategically address industrial problems, serving as the technical reference and process owner;
* Develop, implement, and monitor improvement projects targeting efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity gains;
* Conduct critical performance analyses of machines and equipment;
* Visit factories and suppliers to identify new technologies, automated solutions, and innovative proposals for the production process;
* Actively participate in preparing and analyzing performance reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational efficiency metrics;
* Lead technical projects involving factory layout review, automation of production stages, and equipment modernization;
* Standardize and document processes, ensuring technical and operational compliance in production routines.
